It's time to get comfy. Our shop is closed for the foreseeable future. Sadly we cannot work from the storefront/warehouse anymore. This means to expect delays with fulfilment and shipping of your online orders. We thank you in advance for you patience during this challenging time.

The Ontario government has said "You must close your workplace location from March 25 to April 7, 2020. This may be extended if we need to continue to manage the effects of COVID-19." ⁣

While the online shop remains open and continuously updated (you can even shop through our IG!📱), we’re unable to offer in-store pick-up or guarantee shipping dates at the moment. This is because we are prioritizing the health and safety of our amazing community, by staying home. ⁣

Sadly, today will be the last day for in-store appointments until further notice. We are open 11 am - 7 pm today and are still taking appointments today.

The latest public health recommendations ask people to stay home if possible to prevent community spread of COVID-19, and we want to stand behind that.

Since the storefront will be closed and will be used as just a warehouse (and fashion funhouse for our IG stories), we will offer free virtual personal shopping in Le Prix, and free delivery Canada-wide for orders $65+.

You can shop through our IG, website (link in bio) or set up appointments for one-on-one personal virtual shopping by DMing or calling us. We can help you shop via video, phone or text message – but I’d recommend the video option. It has become popular for us to generate a shopping cart with your desired items and send it to you to make the process easier. You can still pay by e-transfer, PayPal, credit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when shopping virtually.


We will offer porch-pick up too. We can arrange a time for the package to be out on our big covered front porch (we will watch it until you get it) and you can take it without any physical contact and more than 2 meters apart.

This is something that has been breaking my heart all week as I've seen this closure become inevitable. I am so sorry to close the doors to walk-ins only 6 months after opening our storefront but I love our community and it comes first. All your support no matter how small has been wildly appreciated. We are resilient and need community now more than ever. I will still be here online to brighten your day, make you feel empowered and make sustainable fashion shopping easy and fun.

Back to our roots: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY due to COVID-19. Book by DM, call or texting).

Due to the necessity for social distancing in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will be changing how we operate and disinfect to keep you, our team, and community safe.

Currently, we are bringing back Le Prix's original style of shopping in-store by appointment ONLY, for free. And the website will be having more items added for online shopping.

We will allow 3 customers in the store at one time. You'll get a 45 minute time slot and that will give us 15 minutes for sanitization between clients.

We would like the first hour of operation to be reserved for vulnerable populations (60 years +, immunocompromised, etc.).

While we will be open and operating, we will be keeping our doors locked in order to control who is coming into the store. If you have booked an appointment, please call our store phone number (226) 791-0219 to be let in. Please avoid crowding when waiting to be let in. It is suggested to keep a 2 meter distance between everyone.

Walk-ins are permitted if we are not fully booked. Please call us upon arrival to check if we can accomodate you and let you in.

For safer and cleaner transactions, we will only be accepting credit, and e-transfer payments (we can also do PayPal, Google and Apple pay via our website in-person).

Physical distancing at checkout: Customers drop desired items at the front. When customers approach the counter, staff step away from the counter to keep physical distance. Once customers have set their items on the counter, customers will be asked to step back as staff step forward to checkout purchase.

We have 5 free parking spots. Feel free to sit and wait in your car too.

This goes without saying, if you're feeling unwell, please stay home and shop online. You can always DM, call or email about questions you have for items you're eyeing. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $65+.
