This coffee is a medium roast from northern Peru. It's farmed by the Cafe Femenino Co-op which is a co-op run entirely by indigenous women in the area. This coffee has a great sweetness to it.
This coffee supports Andean Indigenous Women Growers to help fun social services like education for women, safe havens for abused women that would otherwise be unavailable in remote villages.
FLAVOUR NOTES & PAIRING
