Looking back at 2025, the word that keeps coming up for me is alignment.

This year at Le Prix felt creative, joyful, full, and deeply connected — to community, to sustainability, and to real life. It was a year where family and business didn’t compete, but instead supported each other in ways that felt even better than I imagined.
Styling, Community & Meaningful Moments

One of the biggest highlights of 2025 was the continued joy of wardrobe consulting — both in the Le Prix boutique and on-site in stores. Clients turned appointments into experiences: birthdays, friend dates, family visits, and moments shared with people visiting from out of town and around the world.

I also loved meeting “mini clients” this year — babies included — and seeing Le Prix become part of people’s memories, not just their wardrobes.
Creativity Came Back
This year, I felt my creativity fully return. I fell back in love with photoshoot styling, creative direction, and the art of curating pieces that tell a story.

I also reconnected personally with watercolour painting and spent as much time outside as possible — something that brought so much joy and balance into my life.

Natural Fibres, Thoughtful Curation & Repair Culture
In 2025, I intentionally ramped up the curation of natural fibres — silk, cotton, wool, cashmere, and linen — focusing on quality, longevity, and how clothing feels on the body.

Some of the most popular content we shared this year was around mending and repairing. It confirmed what I already believed: so many of us want to care for the clothes we already love.

Repair workshops are still very much part of the vision for Le Prix — and my goal is to make them social, welcoming, and realistic. I know many of you have a small pile of pieces at home just waiting for a little love.
Collaborations, Education & Big Projects
2025 was also full of meaningful collaborations. I launched and partnered with incredible sustainable, Canadian, female-founded brands, expanded corporate gifting collaborations, and connected with so many inspiring local businesses.

I created a powerful art installation focused on sustainability in business, participated in a panel on storytelling, and led a workshop with the Kitchener Public Library on sustainable fashion and zero-waste living.

I also styled my first tech CEO for international conferences, styled clients for festivals, and was part of a sustainable holiday pop-up market solo — with my daughter on my back.

Life Outside of Le Prix
Outside of work, 2025 was just as full. We moved homes (from February to September — and yes, we’re still settling in), welcomed family from overseas for two months during our busiest season, celebrated International Women’s Day with a pop-up (with Luna by my side), and marked our 8th wedding anniversary with a big Niagara Falls celebration.

I travelled with my family, went sourcing in New York State, took my first solo trip with Luna to Edmonton, and watched her experience the joy of being the “big kid” among friends’ babies.

Our Collective Impact in 2025
- 3.49 tonnes of textiles diverted from landfill
- 542,631 km of packages shipped
- 233 kg of CO₂ emissions offset
- That’s equivalent to charging 20,975 smartphones
When I look back at my camera roll from this year, I see joy, creativity, community, and a business that’s thriving — not because it’s perfect, but because it’s intentional.

Thank you for being part of Le Prix, for supporting thoughtful fashion, and for making this year what it was.

Here’s to continuing to choose care, creativity, and progress — together.
