How does local pickup work?
When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Le Prix order is ready for pickup 💛”
Your bag will be labeled with your name or order number.
When will my order be ready?
We prep orders quickly. You’ll be notified right away when it’s ready for pickup or when your delivery/shipment is on the way.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. Forward them your pickup email (or share the order number and name) and they can collect it for you.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes—local delivery and shipping are available. You’ll receive tracking or a delivery update when your order is out for delivery.
Where do you ship from?
Waterloo, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, we can ship internationally via our online store. Rates and timelines are shown at checkout based on your address.
What if something doesn’t fit or suit me?
We want you to love your pieces. Email us at info@leprixclothing.com with your order number and we’ll help with return options or styling alternatives.
How do I find my size?
Check each product’s description for measurements and fit notes. Not sure? Send us the product link and we’ll share extra measurements or styling tips.
Are items new or pre-loved?
Le Prix curates quality new and pre-loved pieces with sustainability in mind. Each product page notes the condition and any unique details.
How are items cleaned and cared for?
We prioritize gentle, planet-friendly care and include fabric notes on each listing. When in doubt: cool wash, gentle cycle, and air dry. Email us for care questions—happy to help.
How does Le Prix support sustainability?
We champion slow fashion: thoughtful curation, extended garment life, and low-waste packaging. Your choices help reduce textile waste and support a circular wardrobe.
How do Le Prix gift cards work?
Gift cards arrive by email with a unique code. Enter the code at checkout to redeem. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and Shop Pay on our website.
E-transfer (draft invoices only): Send to info@leprixclothing.com. If your bank asks for a password, use leprix. We’ll mark your invoice paid once received.
Can I shop in person?
Yes—book a free, personalized shopping appointment at our Waterloo studio.
What’s the difference between a shopping appointment and a styling session?
- Shopping appointment (free): browse the studio with light guidance and try-on support.
- Styling session (paid): a tailored experience with pre-appointment questionnaire, measurements, curated looks, and follow-up outfit ideas.
Do you offer virtual styling?
Yes—virtual sessions are available. We’ll create looks from your closet and our collection, then share shoppable links and tips.
Do you collaborate with brands or events?
We love community and brand partnerships. Email info@leprixclothing.com with your idea and timeline.
