Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your items. If something doesn’t work, we’ll help you find the best next step—exchange, store credit, or refund where eligible.

Return Window

  • Online purchases: Return or exchange within 30 days of purchase/delivery. A $5 cleaning fee applies to eligible returns.
  • In-person purchases: Return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be in original condition with tags attached and (where applicable) unopened packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds

  • Exchanges (preferred): We’ll help you swap for something you’ll love even more. Once your return is received, we’ll ship the new item and adjust for any price difference.
  • Store credit: Prefer to decide later? We can issue store credit for a future purchase.
  • Refunds: If neither option works, we’ll refund to your original payment method after inspection (where eligible).

Sustainability note: Exchanges and store credit help keep pre-loved pieces in rotation and reduce avoidable shipping impact.

Eligibility & Final Sale Items

To be eligible, items must be unused/unworn, in the same condition received, with original tags and packaging.

Final sale / not returnable:

  • Masks, swimwear, period products
  • Discounted, promotional, clearance, or “As Is” items
  • Eco Pretty, Upcycle Lifestyle, Modern Thrift Collective items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or opened items

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@leprixclothing.com with your Order #, item(s), and reason. If you already know what you’d like instead, include a link.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and next steps: mail-in or local drop-off.
  3. Include your receipt (or order confirmation) and ensure tags/packaging are intact.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund and email you an update.

Please keep your postal receipt and tracking number for any mailed returns.

Mail-In Returns

Clients are responsible for return postage. If returning from outside Canada, clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to reduce the chance of customs charges (clients are responsible for any fees incurred).

Local Drop-Off (Waterloo)

  • Address: 128 Westvale Drive, Waterloo, ON N2T 2B1
  • How it works: Email us to arrange a drop-off window. We’ll confirm whether to hand to us directly or use the blue returns bin (when available).
  • Please label your parcel with your full name and Order #.

For security, only leave returns in the bin if we’ve confirmed a window for you.

Unclaimed, Returned, or Refused Packages

Unclaimed shipments & pick-ups
  • Postal pick-up points: Packages not collected within carrier timelines may be returned to us; re-shipping fees may apply.
  • Studio pick-up: Orders not picked up within 30 days (without prior arrangement) may be restocked with a 20% restocking fee (min. $5). Final-sale items will be returned to inventory with no refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

Refused or unclaimed U.S. shipments

If a U.S. order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or carrier processing fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

If a package cannot be returned and is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities, the order will be considered final and is not eligible for refund.

Please note: We’re unable to absorb or reimburse fees assessed by U.S. customs or delivery carriers.
