Le Prix FAQs

Can I sell clothing to Le Prix or are you consignment?

We do not pay you or sell items on your behalf (a.k.a. consignment) for pieces you no longer want, even though they may be in great shape. However we do accept donations to help support our business which fosters self-love and sustainability. We offer a 20% off discount for your next purchase as a thank you for your generous donation of gently-worn pieces.

How can I shop at Le Prix?

You can shop in-store during our Walk-In Closet Hours and by private shopping appointment.

For shopping by private appointment, we charge our regular hourly personal stylist rate.

You're welcome to shop one-on-one or with friends. Our clients really enjoy coming in and having a stylist help them find looks that make them feel confident and beautiful.

What does Le Prix sell?

Everything is one-of-a-kind, but we carry a variety of mint-condition second-hand women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. We carry clothing sizes from XXS to XXL, and shoe sizes from 5 - 11. Lots of our clients tend to buy a bunch of items at once, so it's an ebb and flow of how many items are available in a certain size.

Where do you get your clothes?

Robyn (our owner) travels out of the KW region, across Canada, and the world to find sustainable pre-loved and new fashion pieces. We also accept gently-loved donations.

Do you have everything online that you have in-store?

Unfortunately no. We try our best, but that is one of the perks of shopping in-store. You'll get early access to new pieces before they hit the website. All our items are one-of-a-kind, so it takes some time to get each item photographed and uploaded online. But we do have over 1300 items on our website so you've got lots to shop.

How do I book a stylist session?

It's pretty easy! You can contact us if you have specific questions or want an estimate for how long your appointment will be. We offer wardrobe styling, purging, travel packing, photo shoot styling, creating a capsule wardrobe, and any other other fashion related problem you have. All our services exist because we've been asked to by our clients for fashion help. If you already know what you want, you can also book your session here

What would a stylist do for me?

Well there are lots of things that a stylist can do for you, depending on your needs and situation. But we wrote a simplified blog post on the 5 Reasons You'll Need a Stylist to help you figure it out.

What is your experience working with 2SLGBTQ+ clients?

We have offered an inclusive shopping experience since 2012 including 2SLGBTQ+ clients shopping privately in our store, by walk-ins in a safe space and personal styling sessions in their home. We have even collaborated with 2SLGBTQ+ models and creators to create content for our social media and website to foster representation.
