Refused or unclaimed U.S. shipments
If a U.S. order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or carrier fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Any return or carrier fees will be deducted from the refund. If a package is abandoned or destroyed, the order is considered final.
