Affordable Shipping Options

We ship from Waterloo, Ontario, to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. The shipping options available for your order will appear automatically at checkout.

  • Canada letter mail: from $3.50 CAD
  • U.S. letter mail: from $5 CAD
  • Soap and self-care: reduced shipping is available on eligible orders
  • Tracked parcel shipping: available for clothing, footwear, home goods, and larger orders

  • Eligible letter-mail orders: free shipping over $99
  • All other orders: free shipping over $125

Close to free shipping? Adding another one-of-a-kind find or useful everyday essential may cost less than paying for delivery.

Free Local Pick-Up

Free local pick-up is available from our home-based boutique in Waterloo, Ontario. Select Local Pick-Up at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Local delivery may also be available throughout Waterloo Region. Eligible options and rates will appear at checkout.

U.S. and International Orders

For eligible U.S. orders, applicable duties and import fees are calculated at checkout. This helps you see your total before purchasing and avoid unexpected charges at delivery.

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, taxes, or carrier fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are collected at checkout. Customs processing can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Thoughtfully Shipped

Your order will be carefully packed using lower-waste or reused packaging whenever possible. All Le Prix online orders are shipped carbon-neutral.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, postal disruptions, or customs processing. Untracked shipping does not include tracking or coverage for loss.

Returned or undeliverable orders

Original shipping charges are non-refundable when an order is refused, unclaimed, incorrectly addressed, or returned to sender. Any return shipping, customs, or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
