Machine Washable Reusable Makeup Remover Pads

Robyn Hobbs

Still using disposable cotton pads? These are the answer for how to remove makeup or cleanse your face, and really help the environment.

It's important to remember that not only do disposable cotton pads usually come in plastic packaging when you buy them, they also are single-use, meaning every single one you use will end up in the landfill.

What's more, they are made of cotton, which when made non-organically and in mass, use and release chemicals that can pollute the ecosystem and cotton is a very water-intensive crop (aka wasteful of water).

So I’m sure you’ve pieced together they have negative impacts on our planet.

With this in mind, these locally made (+ ethically made!) upcycled (taking old materials and repurposing them) reusable pads are a brilliant alternative so you can say goodbye to those pesky single-use cotton pads once and for all. Plus they are only $15, so that’s like a few disposable packs and then you’re definitely saving money. Win-win, right?
