Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19


As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our team, clients and communities.

The online shop remains open and continuously updated. 

Want to shop in-store safely? We are offering physical distancing in-store private shopping for you (and +1 other if you want). Everyone will need to wear a face-covering (you can buy one from us for $11 if you don't have one) and we have PPE acrylic guarding for checkout.

We are quarantining clothes tried on too for added safety. We have 30 minutes buffer time between shopping sessions for sanitization time.

What shipping sanitation measures are being taken during the COVID-19 outbreak?

At Le Prix, taking care of both the community and our team is important to us. All Le Prix team members are provided with face masks and hand sanitizer.

All team members have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are leaned prior to shopping each package and all employees wear masks when packaging orders.

We are shipping and delivering orders every Tuesday and Friday. We have been warned about shipping delays and find Canada-wide packaged shipped take around 4-6 business days to arrive.

Is there local delivery?

Le Prix will be offering Free Local Delivery to Kitchener and Waterloo mailing addresses for orders $34+. 

Is there curbside pick-up?

For contactless curbside pick-up, we are arranging them from a sanitized bin in Waterloo out front of Le Prix owner Robyn's house with ample parking in front.

Pick-up is by appointment only. We are scheduling pick-up times once your order is confirmed, since they are left in a container and staggered so there's no cross over with clients and time to sanitize in between.

Parcel Delivery

To eliminate customer interactions at the door and support social and physical distancing, we have implemented a Knock, Drop and Go approach. Delivery/shipping individuals knock or ring, choose the safest location available to leave the item and then depart for the next address. This change eliminates the need for signatures/confirmation at the door, and speeds up delivery. If you are in an apartment, you must meet us in the lobby to get your parcel.

During delivery

Please give our employees space and avoid opening the door or greeting them personally when they are at the door to deliver, or filling a community mailbox.
