As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our team, clients and communities.

The online shop remains open and continuously updated. As of August 2021, we are a COVID-19 Safe Ambassador.

Masks are not required, but optional

We want to keep those in vulnerable populations and unable to be vaccinated safe.  If it will make you more comfortable, you can ask our team to wear a mask if we aren't.   Please respect those who keeping wearing masks.  Thank you!

How To Shop

We are open for walk-ins, curbside payment and pick-up during our regular operating hours. Please give our team 6 ft of space when picking up your orders.

We have a cleaning fee of $5 for returned and exchanged clothing to ensure they are safe and sanitized before being re-stocked.

We sanitize each change room between each person trying on and the payment station after every transaction.

We frequently clean high touch points and ask that everyone sanitize their hands upon arrival.

What shipping sanitation measures are being taken during the COVID-19 outbreak?

At Le Prix, taking care of both the community and our team is important to us. All Le Prix team members are provided with face masks and hand sanitizer.

All team members have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, and work areas are cleaned frequently.

Is there curbside pick-up?

For contactless curbside pick-up, call us when you arrive to the shop and we can bring it out to our designated Le Prix parking spaced. Available during regular walk-in hours.

Parcel Delivery

To eliminate customer interactions at the door and support social and physical distancing, we have implemented a Knock, Drop and Go approach. Delivery/shipping individuals knock or ring, choose the safest location available to leave the item and then depart for the next address. This change eliminates the need for signatures/confirmation at the door, and speeds up delivery. If you are in an apartment, you must meet us in the lobby to get your parcel.

During delivery

Please give our employees space and avoid opening the door or greeting them personally when they are at the door to deliver, or filling a community mailbox.
