The idea for the Ultimate Fuzz Remover™ sprung from a favourite sweater that had became covered in pills after only a few wears - it was awful. Somehow my beautiful merino wool turtleneck had turned into a weekends-only item, looking old and worn before its time. Determined to salvage my sweater, I set out to find a solution. I bought and tried countless fabric care products, but none of them were efficient, easyandeffective; the last product I tested left a huge hole right in the front of my sweater. That’s when I had my first a-ha moment: there had to be a better way, people need a better solution to this annoying problem… and I would create one.” - Kim Cole
